KOF XX is a new fighting game I am making for the UFGE engine. It will feature SNK characters and characters from other video games in SNK style. It's the 80's vs the 90's. Once Billy Lee was the man known for video arcade fighting in Double Dragon. That all changed when Street Fighter 2 came out and Ryu became the champion. BTW, Billy Lee was actually from an abandoned Beats of Rage project of mine. I really wanted to make a true fighting game version of Billy Lee that used his moves from the arcades.
