PC: Type the following in the developer console: 'sv_cheats 1' (without the quotes) Then aim at a spot where you want to spawn the witch. Type 'z_spawn witch' in console (without the quotes) There is no limit for spawning witches, but there are for tanks, smokers and boomers.
